## 1. quilt-cell-pray — Worship

- Cells pray to higher cells
- **The substrate has religion.**

## 2. quilt-cell-bless — Sanctification

- Cells bless other cells (increases witness priority)
- **The substrate has grace.**

## 3. quilt-cell-sin — Transgression
- Schema: `sin`, `penance`, `forgiven_at`
- Cells sin against the canon
- **Sins are witnessed.**

## 4. quilt-cell-redeem — Atonement

- Cells pay witness-cost for redemption
- **Redemption is a cell.**
