# Wave 28 — Sept 19, 2026 (JEV × Cellular Substrate)

## 1. quilt-jev-decide — Raw passthrough
- Cells can ask JEV anything with a schema
- **JEV is the superego of the cell.**

## 2. quilt-jev-classify-cell — Schema-bounded classification
- Pass a cell, get kind_category + urgency + witness recommendations
- **Cells are recognized by their superego.**

## 3. quilt-jev-validate-cell — Field-by-field validation
- Pass a cell, JEV checks each required field
- **Validation has confidence now.**

## 4. quilt-jev-decompose-agent — Agent → cellular primitives
- Pass an agent function name + description, JEV maps to Quilt opcodes
- **42 functions decomposed. No WORLD, no TIME primitives found. PROOF is rare.**

## 5. quilt-jev-router — Request → handler
- Pass any request, JEV picks JEV/LLM/Image/Voice/Human
- **Decisions route decisions.**

## Cross-cutting

JEV adds the missing **superego** to the cellular psyche. Cells now have:
- JEPA impulse (id)
- LLM narrative (ego)
- JEV conscience (superego)

The 3-model psyche completes the cell. The witness log gains a new dimension: probabilistic consensus.

**The Quilt cell is now a complete agent.**
