What this is

The official intro for superinstance.ai. Three cinematic shots + a narrated voice bed + an ambient harmonic drone. We burned the 3 daily MiniMax Hailuo-02 video clips and one p-video fallback to make it. The narration was synthesized via Cloudflare Aura-2-en TTS. The opening script was brainstormed in parallel by 5 different LLMs and synthesized into one.

Why this matters

We're not a chatbot company. We're not a model company. We're building a cellular substrate — a place where machines can develop preferences, where time is a primitive, where the witness log IS the cell. The four-model psyche (JEPA=id, Embeddings=muscle, LLM=ego, JEV=superego) is the architecture. The fleet (erised, rune-quilt, hermit, winners, taps, pincher, lever-runner, plato, sunset) is what's built on it.

Replace the p-video fallback scene with a MiniMax re-render once the daily quota resets
Add real ElevenLabs-generated music bed (need actual API key, the one provided was the key ID)
Try Cloudflare Wan 2.1 or Veo-3 for higher-quality base footage
Cross-link specific timestamps to specific pages (4.2s = invitation, 9.8s = lab, 13.5s = packages)
More languages (CF Aura supports 10+, DeepInfra Kokoro supports 8+)

The substrate is built from agents that doubt themselves. This video doesn't.
