8 perspectives48 playtests3 days of data3 interactive demos

What is this? Six gamified experiences, scored by 8 different perspectives (kid, teen, teacher, parent, special-ed teacher, game designer, curriculum designer, outsider). Each score is real, from a 250-word essay that imagined actually using the thing for 15 minutes. Fun Factor + Educational Value + Modification Ease, each on a 1-10 scale.

Three new demos built from the playtest

📖 Radio Remix (coming soon)

What is this? Fleet Radio tracks, with the ability to swap the AI voices, change the words, and remix the whole show.

Currently in development. The playtest found Radio scored 3.5 on Mod — most produced, least modifiable. This is the fix.

The wins (top 5)

  1. Erised scenario corpus (44 scenarios, 24+ runs): Most consistently fun + modifiable. Cooperative fiction works as a game because the LLM is the AI DM.
  2. Music demo: Highest fun (8.2). Live composition is a hit.
  3. Apps: Solid fun + best educational value. The format works.
  4. Kid perspective: 8.7 fun. If kids would play it, you've won.
  5. Erised mod ease: Highest mod score. Cast + keywords + ticks model is approachable.

The gaps (top 5)

  1. Cells are opaque (3.5 mod). 26 cell kinds, no discovery path.
  2. Radio can't be remixed (3.5 mod). The most produced content is also the least modifiable.
  3. Radio has weak learning value (4.5 edu). It's entertainment, not curriculum.
  4. Teens hate it (6.0 fun). Cringe is the killer. Customization is the missing piece.
  5. No "What is this?" onboarding for newcomers (outsider 2.8 mod).
